Product Owner

Job Responsibilities: Drive the strategic development, market launch, and continuous support and improvement of a VLK product with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Effectively communicate a convincing and compelling vision of the product for VLK to motivate others to take action. Understand the purpose of the product, the intention behind its creation, and its goals for customers and users. Translate the product goal into a clear vision, mission, and roadmap. Continuously analyze, measure, and communicate stakeholder feedback to maximize the value of the product. Have experience with the Agile way of thinking, working, and organizing work, including methodologies such as Scrum. Be responsible for managing the Product Backlog. Translate stakeholder requirements into clear Product Backlog Items (PBIs) for the scrum team. Specific Behaviors: Ability to lead meetings and discussions effectively.
